Executive coaching that turns aspirations into achievable milestones.
Unlock Your Potential
I work with senior leaders and technology executives facing a transformation, a career transition or a step up into broader leadership. Drawing on 30+ years leading digital and technology change in financial services, media, market research and the charity sector, I help you get clarity on what matters, build the confidence to act on it and hold yourself accountable to real progress.
Sessions are one-to-one or guiding a team, confidential and structured around your goals, not a fixed programme. Based in London and the South East, I coach in person or virtually.

Your Questions,
Answered
What is Executive Coaching?
Coaching helps you find your own answers rather than being told what to do. My role is to ask the questions that get you thinking differently, hold you accountable to what you decide, and challenge assumptions when they don't hold up. It isn't mentoring or consultancy. Where you specifically ask for it, I can share relevant experience from my own career, but the agenda and the decisions stay yours.
What is your background?
I'm completing the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School and working towards ICF ACC accreditation, expected 2027. Before coaching, I spent 30+ years in senior technology and digital transformation leadership across financial services, media, market research and the charity sector. Fellow of the BCS with BA (Hons) in Politics, an MSc in Software and Expert Systems Engineering and a sitting Justice of the Peace.
We start with a discovery session to agree what you want to work on and how you'll know it's working. From there, we meet regularly (typically every two to four weeks) with clear actions between sessions. Coaching is designed to make you think in a way you have never before - my style is unhurried and question-led. I create the space, you do the thinking and actions result. I coach in line with the ICF Core Competencies and treat everything you share as confidential. Sessions are usually 60 minutes.
How does it work?
Every engagement is different, but clients typically report sharper decision-making, more confidence handling difficult conversations, and clearer priorities within a few sessions. Longer-term outcomes such as promotions or successful transitions often follow over six to twelve months.
What results can I expect?
Do you offer virtual sessions?
